SCREAMING AT 2017!

Howdy there, Scream Freaks! Comin’ to the end of 2017’s first week, and we’re eagerly warmin’ up for this season of Screaming Soup! as our favorite indie film companies Full Moon Features and Troma Entertainment go head to head in an all out animated brawl that’s sure to entertain!

Our first Howl’n Hottie of the Week for 2017 is Jacqueline Lovell from Full Moon’s Killer Eye, we’re watchin’ some more Troma flicks on their official Youtube channel for some new R-Rated Reviews, and startin’ to leak some sneak peeks through our social media of the what some of your favorite characters will look like animated! Even better is Full Moon’s involvement which will include some cameos by the emperor himself, Charles Band!

There’s so much goin’ on and so much to do, we’re still thinkin’ there won’t be any time for the secondary vids we normally produce in addition to the regular season, but we’re hopin’ to catch up by mid-season so we can get in a Re-Animated Review of the Toxic Crusaders cartoon and a Graphic Violence review of the Puppet Master comics. Can’t guarantee anything just yet, but we’re tryin’!

Since we’re still puttin’ together some of the episodes for this upcomin’ season, give us a scream and let us know which of your Full Moon and Troma characters you really want to see in these episodes. You might be surprised who we already have planned and even learn about others from movies you never knew existed!

Other than that, be sure to watch our epic Season 3 finale with our review of the Basket Case trilogy that has a snippet of Full Moon vs Troma action in it, catch up on all past Screaming Soup! Seasons, check out this week’s Howl’n Hottie, read recent reviews for the newer horror films we’re watching in our R-Rated Reviews blog, and help us get the word out about the web’s #1 animated horror host show! Please use our social buttons in the upper right corner of the site and follow our tweets, subscribe to our Youtube channel, like our Facebook, watch and share all our vids, and keep that fan mail coming.

If you wanna get a jumpstart on everything there is to know about Troma or Full Moon before then, I’d suggest watching most of Troma’s films for free on their Youtube channel, and you can get full access to Full Moon’s catalog of work from their movies to their Videozone clips at Full Moon Streaming.

We’ll see ya later, Scream Freaks!

SCREAMING AT NEW BLOGS!

Howdy there, Scream Freaks! Sorry we missed last week’s blog, but things just get caught up in a whirlwind of feverish activity sometimes, and we just plow through to the next week. Which might actually be for the best this time, because we have way more things to report this week!

First off, we’ve got an all new Re-Animated Review coming next week on 2/10/16 that we’re excited about. The only clue we’ll give ya is it’s a cartoon linked to a BIG movie flop from the 90’s. We’ve also been sending invitations to some popular web personalities to be special guests in upcoming Screaming Soup! Season 3 episodes. And possibly the more exciting update for the week, we have all new blogs!

Why is that big news? Everyone from little emo girls to the snoodiest film buff has blogs, so what makes these soooo special?! Well, for starters, its more reviews of all things horror from us to you! We watch horror movies all the time, but can only animate so fast which is why each of our seasons are a mere 10 episodes. We typically focus on lesser known films we think deserve attention, but there’s so many newer films we’d love to share our 2 cents about. This new blog, R-Rated Reviews, will allow us to do just that. Sure, it ain’t as exciting as video, but it quickly gives you our candid thoughts on a film, complete with a 1-5 rating. In the same vein, we also created Sequential Slime, a comic book blog, informing you of what horror comics are on the shelves right now and which are worth reading. You can expect regular updates on Army of Darkness/Evil Dead, Big Trouble in Little China, and Puppet Master in that one.

So, make it a weekly ritual to check these blogs out, let us know what you think, and see you nex week when we reveal the newest monster toon review.

Be sure to catch up on Screaming Soup! Seasons 1-2 after watching the latest episode, check out this week’s Howl’n Hottie, and help us get the word out about the web’s #1 animated horror host show! Please use our social buttons in the upper right corner of the site and follow our tweets, subscribe to our Youtube channel, like our Facebook, watch and share all our vids, and keep that fan mail coming.

I’ll see ya later, Scream Freaks!
