SCREAMING AT BUMP IN THE NIGHT!

Howdy there, Scream Freaks! Woowee! We’ve been happier than a hellhound with a chew soul after all the exciting horror updates we’ve been hearing about this week. Bill Murray is now confirmed to be making a cameo in the new Ghostbusters set for 2016, shooting has wrapped on the first season of the new Ash Vs The Evil Dead TV series, a second Beetlejuice movie is on the horizon with Michael Keaton returning, and Friday the 13th will be returning to television on the CW and with Jason Voorhees this time! How has our head not exploded yet?

So, once again it’s time for us to turn our attention to a more childish side of horror and look at some good ol’ fashion cartoons with what we call Re-Animated Review. This time around, we look at a short lived but memorable stop-motion show called “Bump in the Night.” We fondly remember seeing this air on the ABC network when they were still playing Saturday morning cartoons and it hasn’t lost any appeal after all these years. Check out the review below and relive your monster filled childhood!

Other than that, be sure you’re caught up with the rest of Screaming Soup! Season 2 and use our social buttons in the upper right corner of the site and follow our tweets, subscribe to our Youtube channel, like our Facebook, watch and share all our vids, and keep that fan mail coming.

That’s pretty much it for now, so I’ll see ya’ later Scream Freaks!

SCREAMING AT MONSTER FORCE!

Howdy there, Scream Freaks! The year just started, but it already feels like it’s blowing by in a hurry. Or at least that’s how it feels for us given the crazy schedule we’ve committed to for holding the title as the web’s #1 animated horror host site!

This week we revisit our childhoods and take a fond look back at a forgotten animated reincarnation of the classic Universal monsters. For those who don’t know, there was once a short lived Saturday morning cartoon called “Monster Force” and it kicked ass! It’s like the Real Ghostbusters, M.A.S.K., and G.I.Joe were rolled into one and pitted against the undying icons of original terror. It’s everything “Monster Squad” and “Van Helsing” should have been. Check it out in this latest Re-Animated Review below and see for yourself!

In other news, be expecting the newest Screaming Soup! episode 2/20/15, and be on the look out for new Screaming Soup! Eeeh!-Cards for the upcoming holidays in our Extra section of the site.
