Howdy there, Scream Freaks! This is it . . . the final days of 2015. We haven’t been keeping track, but does anyone know when the next doomsday is prophesized to be? 2000 was the last big one, and then there was that religious scare the same year Macho Man Randy Savage died and was rumored to have elbowed dropped the apocalypse on his way in the pearly gates. But when’s the next end of days scare for stockpiling toilet papers and asking for forgiveness supposed to be? Oh well, just so long as it’s not this year, because we have an all new season of Screaming Soup! that’s too good to be blown away in a blaze of Armageddon!
To catch you up on our Christmas, it was pretty peaceful, and we came out of it with over 50 horror films, an Ash figure, Scooby-Doo cartoons, and Bruce Campbell’s first appearance in a comic book, the graphic adaptation of Moontrap. Not a bad haul, huh? But when we weren’t throwing back alcoholic eggnog while laughing at bad movies, we were working hard on the final touches to Season 3, and prepping for the warm up video, Screaming Soup! Presents Doggone Horror, where we give a few unfriendly animal titles to watch out for when you’re with a sensitive dog lover. Look for that video to be posted 1/10/16.
